gifts and curses - Yellowcard
dimanche, avril 22 as predicted, weekends never fail to disappoint! unlike weekdays. they always turn out worse than you can imagine. friday night was birthday surprise bbq night! got picked up to kensington park and we happily pretended it was a surprise for marcus. haha!! everyone in the car was laughing. but some are laughing harder than others. whoops! played with daniel in the playground. he is adorable!! played catching, see saw and swing. clearly he is a very matured boy. gets along with a big jiejie like me! then penguinboy arrived. (: had dinner. played badminton with david. then all the kids headed to the playground. hid daniel's slippers. played more swing. silly penguinboy gets bruised from monkey bar. ha! raced all over the place. crushed snails all over. sing birthday song. take photo. play with daniel somemore! draw on the ground with stones. eat jellybeans. then headed home really tired but happy. (: saturday! got stoned in the morning. did some work for slavedriver mom. then headed to penguin's place to study! haha. yeah right. study. had lunch then attempted some revision. dinner at tiong bahru mkt. listen to adults convos. really funny btw. uncle D: i'll sleep in your cabin. uncle E: then where i sleep? uncle D: on the floor la! silly question. hawhaw... thats what happens when the twain meet. off to vivo cos some very noisy boy wanted to do shopping and have ice cream. penguinboy tried the footscan in adidas. and turns out someone's not that screwed up afterall! headed to b&js for icecream! weee. the brownie rocks. plus all the choc icecream. (: the smiley's a misinterpretation. the grin should be wider. watched the good girl when i got home. surprisingly funny. minus the accent. tired day but on cloud nine. today! started off with church. sermon was strangely interesting enough to keep me awake but at the same time for me to stone and understand. haha. gifted speakers. truly the power of God. cell was retarded. cos i was in charge. haha! sorry guys! blame it on the committee. prayed forever. but the last 15mins wasnt too bad. paired random ppl up. coincidentally glo and paul got each other! what are the odds... i like paul's prayer list for DPRK. he wrote "pray that kim dude dies (some drawing of a dude hanging?)" clearly we pray for all the wrong things but stubbornly we dont change. looking back at the israelites in the bible i make our judgement on them yet i parallel with them. i need help. anyhow! went home after church and realised i forgot my keys. thank God maila was at home. she made me lunch (: before heading out. off to penguin's place to pass him his work. did some trivial nonsense. had a good time laughing at faded neoprints. pack for bookin. read sgforum on army lingoes! haha. interesting... dinner out at some angmoh chinese resturant before going home. (: now you know the reason i live for weekends? may next weekend be awesome too. school's like war. its sad but like penguinboy says shit happens. haha. war. who am i to talk about war eh? 3 words.
